COVID-19 STATEMENT

Dear Customer

 Here at Optmis ltd we are committed to the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers. Over the last month we have been monitoring the development of the Covid-19 Situation and have implemented changes to our day to day operations that fall inline with the current UK government advice.

I am pleased to announce that Optmis ltd will still operate as normal with the following in place.

Staff

All staff have now been relocated to there homes to work. Every Optmis ltd member of staff is equipped with all the equipment they need to continue to work and complete all tasks.

We have measures in place to make sure all staff are regularly washing there hands after and before handling all orders.

We have a fantastic team here at Optmis ltd who are working to their fullest to make sure all orders are fulfilled and all UK government advice is followed.

During this situation all staff are still available to be contacted via their email address or contact telephone numbers. This may change in the future as the situation changes. We will continue to update all customers.

Website

Optmisltd.com is fully functional. Orders and Quotes can still be placed 24/7 via our online platform.

Optmis ltd’s facebook account will remain active and we are able to be contacted via this social platform with any questions you may have.

Orders

All orders placed will continue to be fulfilled while all postal and courier services remain operational.

Customers may experience longer than normal delivery times due to the current situation. This can not be helped and we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

Product Availability and Incoming orders

Whilst Optmis ltd remains operational many of our suppliers are based overseas. Due to this we may see interruptions within the supply chain. We are working hard to contact new suppliers within the UK during this time, and advice customers that some orders can take longer to fulfil.

We are in contact with suppliers overseas to make sure any delays are kept low. If there is any further interruptions as we progress, we will make all our customers aware.

Collections

Due to the ongoing situation the collection of orders has been adapted to comply with the UK government’s current Advice. Any one collecting orders from our collection site will need to contact us 2 days before hand and arrange a time to collect their orders. Please make sure you arrive at your chosen time, any delay in collecting your order puts our staff at risk of infection. If you do not arrive at your chosen time or inform us of any delay then your collection will be refused and you will need to arrange a courier collection or postal delivery. Only one collection can take place at a time. If you are showing symptoms of the illness then your collection will be refused and you will need to arrange another person to collect your order or arrange for a courier service to collect on your behalf.

Travel Limitations

For the immediate future, we will be postponing any overseas travel until a later to be confirmed date. Any prearranged meetings within the UK may be postponed or have there venue changed to comply with the social distancing advice given to us by the UK government. We ask anyone who will be attending these meetings to bring only essential members of staff that are required to attend. If you or any of your staff working around you show symptoms of the illness then the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later to be confirmed date.
